February to December, ice-cream is our chief protagonist, besides, during summer period, we prepare Sicily grated ice drinks and ice-lollies, all strictly by using fresh fruits.
Some particular items need to be booked: single portions, birthday, baptism and wedding cakes, Christmas panettone, or Easter cake stuffed with ice-cream.
